Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Ian Miller is a media composer and student of the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. His passion for composition spans across genres, styles, and mediums of entertainment.​

Collaborating with filmmakers, studying composition, and helping run music festivals at his university, Miller fully immerses himself into the conjoining of music and the silver screen. His score for the short film Code Switch premiered with the movie's release in February of 2023. The short was directed by Jamel Booth and starred Moonlight (2016) actor Alex R. Hibbert in its leading role.
